ASPHALT SEALING & SEAL COATING
MATERIALS WE USE:
We use the very finest Commercial Grade Asphalt Sealant, known as Armorseal A-100, available for your driveways, parking lots, and city and county streets and roadways. It is the same material used on our city roads and highways. The average sealant typically lasts 1-2 years, however, our sealant will last 4-5 years! Therefore, we protect your asphalt surfaces longer!
APPLICATION METHOD:
We use the hand-applied application method. While this is much more time consuming and less profitable for our company, it is the very finest application method and produces the longest lasting and most beautiful results for our customers. It fills in all the cracks and holes while applying just the right amount of material. Using an asphalt sprayer requires 3-4 coats to achieve the same material quantity and the finished result is not nearly as long lasting or beautiful.
